A spokesperson for the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office stated:

North Korea’s ballistic missile tests on 18 July violate several UN Security Council Resolutions. These unlawful missile launches continue to threaten the stability and security of the Korean Peninsula.

The UK will persist in condemning these blatant violations of UNSCRs. We strongly encourage North Korea to re-engage in dialogue and to make concrete progress towards denuclearisation.
