Yes. Since 8 January 2025 every St Kitts and Nevis passport holder must have an approved ETA before travelling to the UK for a short trip, as listed on the Home Office ETA National List. St Kitts and Nevis runs the world’s oldest citizenship-by-investment programme, launched in 1984, so many passport holders are naturalised rather than born on the islands. Getting to the UK from St Kitts: pick your connection

There is no direct flight from St Kitts to Britain, and your choice of connecting hub decides whether you need a second country’s permit. Route through the United States — via Miami, Charlotte or New York — and you also need a US visa, because St Kitts and Nevis is not in the US Visa Waiver Program. The federation’s own passport does not unlock a US ESTA.
